2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ttb11. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of platform policy and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed. ttb11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ttb11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the ttb11 platform solely for lawful purposes that comply with Malaysian law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, money laundering, the use of bots or automated software to place bets, interference with platform systems, and any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities within our system.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform to carry out any unlawful activities, including attempting to obtain funds dishonestly or through methods that contravene applicable betting regulations. ttb11 reserves the right to report any activity suspected of violating the law to the relevant authorities.
Every bet placed through the platform is final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirmation. Requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet will not be entertained except in cases of technical error that can be verified by the platform.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the ttb11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No hidden currency conversion fees apply. Available payment methods include local online banking, DuitNow, and digital wallets supported by the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal conditions, may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any active bonus in your account. These conditions are clearly stated in the promotions and user account sections. It is the user's responsibility to understand the rollover requirements before making use of any bonus.
Ttb11 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where suspicious activity is detected or where a user's identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, the customer support team will reach out to the user for the required supporting documents. ttb11's decisions regarding transactions are final.
Any funds held in an account closed due to a terms violation will be frozen and subject to an internal review. ttb11 is not liable for any losses incurred by a user as a result of transaction delays caused by their own non-compliance with platform policies.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ttb11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unfavourable betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ttb11 makes no warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of errors.
All content on the ttb11 platform, including logos, interface design, text, images, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of ttb11. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of this content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The ttb11 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ttb11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Ttb11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible net fund balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.
Ttb11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without specific notice to users. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the ttb11 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
